I like to walk everyday because it is good for my heart, lungs, and bones. Over the last 8 months I had a hard time walking because of the left side of my low back hurt. I started the Velatol about 2 1/2 months ago and I am back to walking again everyday, I am sending you a picture of me in Egypt, I had no back problems during my whole trip, I even rode a camel.
